11-year-old drives truck into monk procession in Thailand, killing eight

An 11-year-old boy in Thailand took his parents' truck without permission and drove it into a Buddhist monk procession, killing eight monks. Police took the child into custody and said he would be questioned. The tragic incident is under investigation.
