Ukraine not fulfilling drone-for-MiG-29 deal with Poland, says minister

Deputy PM and Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said Poland offered Ukraine MiG-29 fighter jets in exchange for drone technology. Kyiv initially agreed but is not following through on the deal. Poland says it remains ready for further negotiations.
