Solana launches onchain governance with 100,000 SOL staked entry requirement

Solana has launched a formal onchain governance system called Solana Governance Proposals. Any validator with at least 100,000 SOL staked behind it can open a proposal, and stakers can override their validator's vote. The system gives the Solana community a formal mechanism to signal the network's direction for the first time.
