Polish Labour Inspectorate to Fine Employers Up to 60,000 PLN for Heat Safety Breaches
Poland's State Labour Inspectorate is launching mass unannounced workplace inspections in response to a heat wave. From 8 July 2025, fines for breaching health and safety regulations will rise sharply, with a maximum penalty of 60,000 PLN. The announcement was made by Labour Minister Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk on Radio ZET.
