GUS: Polish flat prices rose 2.3% in Q1 2026, secondary market led gains

Poland's Central Statistical Office (GUS) has released housing price data for Q1 2026. Flat prices rose by an average of 2.3% compared to the previous quarter, with the secondary market recording faster price growth than the primary market.
