Orlen hits 95% stake in Energa, considers squeeze-out and delisting

Orlen has crossed the 95 percent shareholding threshold in Energa, formally opening the path to a squeeze-out of remaining shareholders and delisting the company from the stock exchange. Two scenarios are reportedly being considered, both with significant political dimensions. The decision will determine the future of the Gdańsk-based energy group.
