Polish MoD: General met ex-president Duda accompanied by ZEN.com fintech founder, procedures followed
Deputy Defence Minister Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka confirmed that the head of the Armament Agency, Maj. Gen. Artur Kuptel, met with former President Andrzej Duda. According to media reports, Duda arrived accompanied by the founder of fintech company ZEN.com, raising concerns about potential lobbying. The deputy minister assured that all procedures were followed and the general filed a report with the relevant services.
