Jeddah Tower construction resumes – set to surpass 1,000 metres and beat Burj Khalifa

Construction of Jeddah Tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia has resumed, with the skyscraper targeting a height of over 1,000 metres — about 200 metres taller than Dubai's Burj Khalifa, currently the world's tallest building at around 828 metres. The project has faced previous delays but is once again making upward progress, albeit slowly.
