VeloBank outage: mobile and internet banking down since morning

VeloBank customers have been unable to access mobile and internet banking since the morning of the outage. Instead of the login screen, users see a message stating the bank is "working intensively to restore full functionality quickly and safely." No cause or estimated repair time has been given.
