Poland's 600bn PLN Integrated Rail Network project to be funded via public funds and bonds
Poland's Integrated Rail Network project, estimated at around 600 billion PLN, will be financed through public funds, the Railway Fund and bond issuance, said CPK chief Filip Czernicki. The detailed financing mechanisms are expected to be finalised with the Finance Ministry shortly. The government plans a major step-change in railway infrastructure spending.
