FineDiningWeek runs from 1 July to 13 August, making high-end restaurant tasting menus more accessible across Poland. In Kraków, Ziyad Restaurant at ul. Jodłowa 13 participates, where chef Damian Kowalczyk serves a multi-course menu featuring tuna ceviche with scallop, fjord trout with chanterelles, and duck breast with black currant.
