Poland's energy minister warns fuel companies lag on price cuts when oil falls

Polish Energy Minister Miłosz Motyka criticised fuel companies on Wednesday for raising pump prices immediately when oil rises but cutting them slowly when it falls. He said the government is considering a new regulatory mechanism to speed up the pass-through of lower crude prices to consumers at the pump.
