Polish pensioner wins court battle to raise her unfairly reduced ZUS pension

A woman who retired early in 2009 was awarded an unfairly reduced pension by ZUS in 2015. Following a 2024 Constitutional Tribunal ruling in favour of such pensioners, she challenged ZUS's decision in court and won an increase to her benefit. The case may set a precedent for others in a similar situation.
