Selling on a marketplace? From 2025 platforms must report your income to tax authorities

From 2025, operators of online marketplaces such as Allegro, OLX and Amazon are required to report sellers' income data to the Polish tax authority. The rules cover platforms that handle listings, payments and logistics. Sellers who have not declared this income should expect to hear from the tax office.
