Kazakhstan Senate VP: we are not helping Russia or Belarus evade sanctions

Olga Perepeczina, Vice-Speaker of the Kazakh Senate, told the Polish daily Rzeczpospolita that Kazakhstan is not helping Russia or Belarus circumvent Western sanctions. She also stressed that a swift return to negotiations is the only path to resolving the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Kazakhstan is seeking to balance its ties with Moscow against its growing relations with the West.
