Ark Invest buys $18M in Circle shares after 41% drop over past month

Ark Invest scooped up $18 million in Circle shares amid a 41% price decline over the past month. Circle dropped 1% on the day of the purchase, after falling nearly 18% on Tuesday following the launch of rival stablecoin project OUSD. Ark Invest appears to be treating the sell-off as a buying opportunity.
