USA beat Bosnia 2-0 to reach World Cup round of 16 for second ever time

Folarin Balogun opened the scoring in the 45th minute as the USA defeated Bosnia-Herzegovina 2-0 to reach the World Cup round of 16. Balogun was controversially sent off in the 64th minute, but the ten-man USA held on for the result. It is only the second time in history that the United States have advanced to the knockout stage of a World Cup.
