Two arrested after unfurling 'power of love' banner on Empire State Building antenna

Two people were arrested in New York after climbing to the antenna of the Empire State Building and unfurling a "power of love" banner. Office workers were baffled as to how the pair bypassed security screening, which prohibits visitors from bringing large packages, sports equipment, costumes or masks.
