Traffic police in Bytów stopped a 46-year-old man riding an electric scooter at nearly 70 km/h on a busy regional road without a helmet. The man explained he was using the scooter because he holds a court-imposed ban on driving motor vehicles. He was issued a hefty fine for multiple traffic violations.
