ECB split on next rate move as inflation drops with oil prices

Just three weeks after the European Central Bank unanimously raised interest rates in response to the Iran war, policymakers are now split on what to do next. Falling inflation, driven in part by declining oil prices, has deepened divisions within the ECB. Members are divided over whether to hold, cut or continue raising rates.
