Russian official calls for Russians to have at least three children before age 35

Valentina Matviyenko, Speaker of Russia's Federation Council, called on Russians to start a family, have at least three children and achieve professional success — all before the age of 35. She made the statement at a meeting with participants of the cultural-educational project "Memory Train", describing 35 as the optimal upper boundary of youth.
