iOS 27 changes how Notification Center opens for the first time since 2011

Apple is making the first major change to how Notification Center is opened on iPhone and iPad since its introduction in iOS 5 in 2011. iOS 27, currently in beta, alters the gesture or action used to access the chronological alert list.
