Polish Armaments Group launches new domain-based structure from 1 July 2026

From 1 July 2026, the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ) has implemented a new domain-based organisational structure as part of its ongoing strategic transformation. The change stems from the rollout of the Group's New Operating Model, aimed at improving management efficiency across the defence conglomerate. PGZ is Poland's largest defence industry holding company.
