Poland's population reaches 38.8 million in 2025, foreigners make up 6%

Poland's Central Statistical Office (GUS) reports the country's population grew by around 40,000 in 2025 to reach 38.8 million. Foreigners account for approximately 6% of the total population. Women continue to significantly outnumber men in the country.
