Ukraine strikes Ufa oil refinery for second time in a week, Zelenskyy confirms

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that Ukraine struck the Russian oil refinery in Ufa for the second time in a single week. Ukraine's domestically produced drones and missiles have been targeting Russian oil infrastructure for months, hitting refineries, terminals, storage depots and pipeline pumping stations.
