27 college basketball teams switch conferences for 2026-27

Twenty-seven college basketball programs officially move to new conferences on July 1 ahead of the 2026-27 season. Gonzaga and five Mountain West schools are among the headline moves, joining the revived Pac-12. It marks the largest realignment in NCAA basketball in years.
