Kevin Warsh, Donald Trump's pick for Federal Reserve Chair, has pledged institutional independence and a commitment to fighting inflation. Warsh previously served on the Fed's Board of Governors from 2006 to 2011, appointed by President George W. Bush at age 35 as the youngest-ever nominee to the position.
