Tin Perovskite Transistors Stable for a Month at 100°C
Scientists have developed a volatile-assisted coordination strategy that stabilises tin perovskite semiconductors by regulating surface defect chemistry and self-doping. The resulting transistors maintain stable operation for one month at temperatures of 100°C, a significant advance for high-performance electronics. The study was published in Nature.
