Phone ban in primary schools backed by all parliamentary clubs

All parliamentary clubs in Poland's Sejm backed an amendment to the Education Law introducing a ban on mobile phone use by children in public and private primary schools. During Wednesday's second reading, both KO and PiS submitted amendments, sending the bill back to committee. The law includes exceptions, though their final details are still being worked out.
