Russia suspends rail border crossings with Finland, Estonia and Latvia

Moscow has suspended the movement of people and goods through railway border crossings on sections of its border with Finland, Estonia and Latvia. Russia has given no reason for the restrictions and no indication of how long they will remain in force.
