Man rode electric scooter at 70 km/h — police filmed the whole thing

A man was caught riding an electric scooter at nearly 70 km/h, unaware that a police car with a dashcam was following him. Officers filmed the entire incident and released the footage. The rider posed a serious danger to himself and other road users.
