Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron sued for alleged RAM price-fixing cartel
Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron – the world's three largest RAM and fast storage manufacturers – have been hit with a class-action lawsuit. They are accused of participating in a price-fixing cartel and deliberately restricting supply to keep prices artificially high. The case is one of the largest antitrust actions in the global memory chip industry.
