Rutte Praises Germany's Growing NATO Role on Eastern Flank

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte visited Berlin and praised Germany for increasing defence spending and its commitment to the Alliance's eastern flank. Germany now commands forces in the Baltic region and continues to back Ukraine. At a joint press conference with Chancellor Friedrich Merz and Defence Minister Boris Pistorius, further allied support for Kyiv was announced.
