Sony shutting PS3 and PS Vita digital stores – Latin America first from August 2025

Sony has announced it will shut down the PlayStation Store on PS3 and PS Vita consoles. Mexico, Honduras and Nicaragua will be the first markets affected, starting in August 2025, with additional Latin American countries to follow. The closure marks the end of digital distribution for both legacy consoles.
