Residents Evacuated from Warsaw Ursynów Block with No One Held Accountable

Residents of a housing block in the Ursynów district of Warsaw were forced to urgently evacuate their homes, despite no sudden structural disaster occurring. From a construction law perspective, the situation should never have arisen. Despite the serious safety failure, no one has been charged or held accountable for the negligence.
