Supreme Administrative Court: Lawyers must not blindly rely on AI for court documents
Poland's Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) ruled that the uncritical use of artificial intelligence to draft procedural documents by a professional legal representative constitutes a lack of professionalism and raises serious ethical concerns. The court stated such conduct deserves strong criticism. Lawyers are obliged to verify any AI-generated content before submitting it to court.
