Paramount offers asset sales to EU regulators to secure Warner Bros. Discovery takeover
Paramount Skydance has submitted a package of remedies to the European Commission, offering to divest certain assets in order to gain approval for its planned takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery, which owns Polish broadcaster TVN among other properties. The concessions are intended to smooth the path through the EU merger review process.
