Man Caught Riding E-Scooter at 70 km/h on Provincial Road in Bytów

Police in Bytów stopped a man riding an electric scooter at nearly 70 km/h on a provincial road. The rider admitted his scooter can reach speeds of up to around 100 km/h. He said he uses the scooter because he is not allowed to drive a car.
