Ukraine regains battlefield initiative by targeting Russian logistics and oil infrastructure

Ukraine says it has regained the battlefield initiative through strikes on Russian troops, logistics hubs and oil infrastructure. The strategy aims to apply military and economic pressure on Moscow before it can adapt to the new operational tempo.
