Ukraine's parliament approves National Pantheon for the country's heroes
Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada passed a law establishing a National Pantheon to honour the country's greatest national figures, described as "the best sons and daughters of the Ukrainian people." The parliament's speaker said it will stand as a symbol of unwavering strength and gratitude. The bill was submitted by President Volodymyr Zelensky.
