Ziobro's defence requests judge's recusal at remand hearing in Warsaw

Warsaw's Regional Court is hearing appeals by the defence of PiS MP and former Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro against his pre-trial detention. At the very start of the hearing, Ziobro's lawyers filed a motion to recuse judge Anna Szymach-Zwolińska, citing grounds for disqualification. The session was quickly adjourned.
