ECB's Nagel keeps open mind on next two rate decisions

Joachim Nagel, European Central Bank Governing Council member, said at the ECB Forum on Central Banking in Sintra, Portugal, that he is keeping an open mind on what action is needed at the next two interest-rate meetings. He cited the ongoing geopolitical uncertainty as the reason for caution, simply stating: "We have to wait."
