From 1 July every parcel from China costs at least €3 in EU customs fees
New EU customs rules taking effect on 1 July 2025 will impose a flat fee of €3 (roughly 13 Polish złoty) on every product imported from outside the European Union. The change ends the era of duty-free cheap parcels, which previously benefited from a low-value goods exemption. Shoppers using platforms such as Temu and Shein will be most affected.
