Polish crypto bill vetoed: firms already moved abroad, new law won't bring them back
Legal adviser Anna Sekura-Konopka warned that even if Poland's cryptocurrency bill is eventually signed into law, its impact on the domestic market will be minimal. Companies that wanted to operate in Poland have already relocated abroad and will remain outside Polish regulatory oversight. The bill was previously vetoed by the president, leaving Poland without a legal framework during a critical period for the crypto industry.
