Poland's Fuel Price Shield Ends — Prices May Rise by 40–60 Groszy Per Litre

From 1 July 2025, the last elements of Poland's "Ceny Paliwa Niżej" fuel price shield expired, including the reduced VAT rate and the cap on pump prices. The reduced fuel excise duty had already ended earlier. Experts forecast that fuel prices at petrol stations could rise by as much as 40–60 groszy per litre.
