Colombian election loser threatens civil disobedience unless winner drops US citizenship

Colombian senator Iván Cepeda is refusing to recognise Abelardo de la Espriella as the country's new president-elect. Cepeda's condition for accepting the electoral outcome is that de la Espriella renounce his US citizenship. The senator has threatened to call for civil disobedience if the condition is not met.
