Tax authority: agree invoice content before submitting self-billing to KSeF
Poland's tax administration consistently holds that in self-billing arrangements, the parties to a transaction must agree on the invoice content before submitting it to the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). Failure to do so may lead to problems with the correctness of tax settlements. The guidance applies to all entities using this form of transaction documentation.
