Google introduces TabFM, a zero-shot foundation model for tabular data

Google Research has introduced TabFM, a new foundation model designed to work with tabular data in a zero-shot manner — meaning it can analyse structured table data without being trained on the specific dataset first. The model aims to bring foundation-model capabilities to business and scientific tabular data analysis without task-specific fine-tuning.
