Although he endorsed Donald Trump for president in 2020, saying, "I don’t care Trump doesn’t like Black people," and has long fraternized with both sides of the political aisle , 50 Cent has previously refused opportunities to perform at MAGA events. In late 2024 he told The Breakfast Club that he turned down $3 million to play Trump’s pre-election rally at MSG that happened a few days earlier.
