Backpack explosion in Monaco injures Ukrainian businessman and wife

A backpack left at the entrance to a building in central Monaco exploded, seriously injuring Ukrainian businessman Vadim Yermolayev and his wife, while their 13-year-old son suffered minor injuries. Security services from Monaco and France are hunting a man in a hat captured on CCTV footage near the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
